Resorts World Genting - Genting Grand, Genting Highlands

I had a mixed experience at this hotel; while the rooms were spacious and clean, the service left a lot to be desired. The facilities, especially the spa, were somewhat underwhelming, but the overall value for the stay was decent. Given the issues with service and amenities, it's clear that there's room for improvement.
